Desde la visita de Artem Morozov en Enero y con todos los conocimientos que él me dejó, este año ha sido sin duda un torrente de progresos y constantes luchas por superarme cada día más. A día de hoy, me siento muy motivado y cada vez con mas fuerzas de seguir con mi lucha diaria. Con mi nuevo programa de entrenamiento noto realmente muchas mejoras en mi tensión y también en mi Free Style que muy pronto mostrare.
Actualmente me preparo para mi próxima competición que sera dentro de bastante poco, si consigo mis objetivos, haré un vídeo explicando en que consiste y como utilizar mi programa de entrenamiento, adaptándolo a cada persona según sus necesidades.
